Clubhouse Rental Information
The Clubhouse is available for members to rent throughout the year for gatherings that are large or small.

Weekday Clubhouse Use:
- Members may reserve the clubhouse for private events from Sunday (beginning at 4:00pm) through Thursday evening:
- For events with up to 40 guests, the cost will be:
- $50 for 2 hours (minimum), $25 for each additional hour.
- For events with 41 guests or more, the cost will be:
- $200 for 2 hours (minimum), $50 for each additional hour.
- For events with up to 40 guests, the cost will be:
- $125 refundable cleaning fee deposit required.
- A cleaning list will be given. If the renter completes cleaning to club standards, the cleaning deposit will be returned.
- Members may reserve the clubhouse for private events from Sunday (beginning at 4:00pm) through Thursday evening:

Weekend Clubhouse Use:
- All events must be held by or sponsored by a rec club member.
- Weekend rentals allow for 6 hrs use, and the cost is $400.00.
- All weekend clubhouse events require a $125 non-refundable cleaning fee & a $400 security deposit.
